We're Notnorml Media, a Kathmandu-based ad creative agency. We make short-form content that stops scrolls and drives revenue. We need a full-time Video Editor who lives on the feed and thinks in hooks.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video ads, reels, and hooks for client campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative and scripting team on content direction
- Deliver platform-native content optimized for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Suggest creative improvements to boost conversion performance
- Meet deadlines. Every time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in short-form video editing
- Strong command of DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Understanding of what makes content convert, not just look good
- Portfolio that proves it (show reel or social profile required)
