We're Notnorml Media, a Kathmandu-based ad creative agency. We make short-form content that stops scrolls and drives revenue. We need a full-time Video Editor who lives on the feed and thinks in hooks.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video ads, reels, and hooks for client campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative and scripting team on content direction
  • Deliver platform-native content optimized for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Suggest creative improvements to boost conversion performance
  • Meet deadlines. Every time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in short-form video editing
  • Strong command of DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
  • Understanding of what makes content convert, not just look good
  • Portfolio that proves it (show reel or social profile required)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute professional video shoots for client ad campaigns
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and filming equipment
  • Capture high-quality cinematic footage and visuals
  • Collaborate with the creative and editing teams on shot direction
  • Manage shot composition, framing, and lighting setup
  • Maintain and handle production equipment properly

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of composition, framing, and lighting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Collaborative mindset — you work with a team, not just a tripod
  • Portfolio or show reel
